"We bought an older home in bad shape and Travis was able to transform it for us. The old house was built in the 1920s with upgrades up to the 1980s. It had smoke damage, a rotten three room extension, outdated and unsafe electrical, rot and termite damage, poor insulation, etc. The before / after pictures tell quite a story. The wooden floors were salvageable , but otherwise the house was taken down to studs. The extension had to be demolished. The updated house: electrical upgraded to safe, modern standards, floors repaired, energy efficient windows added, new duct work, new roof, vastly improved insulation, new gutters, indoor / outdoor paint (we're the purple house), a wonderful new enclosed backyard patio (on a beautiful slab), and much more.

It was a challenging process, during the chaos of early Covid, and Mr. Hawk got us through. He was always on top of things, and provided insights and recommendations on the many options and challenges. He was easy to work with, provided good communication, and is a professional I respect and trust.
